This policy covers Miney by soli.blue, including its ChatGPT widget and companion website.
Guest play uses a random board access key stored in your browser, with only a hash of that key used to identify the server record. Each inline guest widget has a separate key; the companion website has its own guest board. The key is never sent to the ChatGPT model. Account saves instead use a Site-scoped ChatGPT user ID. We store your current board (including unrevealed mines), revealed squares, flags, level, boards cleared, a revision number, creation and update times, and up to 32 recent action identifiers. These records save your progress, keep players' games separate, and prevent duplicate or conflicting moves. We do not retain a separate move history.
OpenAI Sites hosts the app and authenticates access. Cloudflare D1 stores game records. The widget shares your visible board and progress with ChatGPT; live hidden mines and hidden counts are excluded. The app code does not read or store your email, name, payment details, or conversation text. If you email support, your message and return address are processed to answer it.
We do not use advertising, analytics trackers, sell game data, or send game data to an external AI service. ChatGPT conversations, platform sign-in and infrastructure records are handled separately under OpenAI's privacy policy and Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Your current progress remains saved until you replace it with Menu → Reset or request deletion. Reset immediately replaces the previous board and level in the active database; it keeps the same guest or account record so play can continue. Guest access depends on this browser retaining its random key; clearing browser storage or using a different device may lose access. If browser storage is unavailable, guest access lasts only while the widget remains open. Choosing Save opens the companion website and offers ChatGPT sign-in. The guest key travels in a URL fragment, is removed immediately, and is kept in session storage only during sign-in. We copy the server-stored guest board to your account only if you have no saved board. Existing account progress is preserved. Guest and account boards then remain separate. Disconnecting the plugin does not delete saved progress.
To delete your account-linked game record, or request access or correction, contact us using the address below. We may need to verify that the request concerns your own game. Support correspondence is retained to handle your request and any follow-up; you may request its deletion once the issue is resolved, except where retention is legally required. Hosting providers may retain backups and security records under their own retention policies.
